Heatons is pleased to announce the appointment of Louise Thorne as a Director, based at the Pride Park office.
Louise brings over 25 years of expertise spanning the residential, commercial, infrastructure, healthcare, and education sectors. A Chartered Town Planner, she has an impressive career in both public and private sectors, making her a valuable asset to Heatons’ growing team.
In her new role, Louise will focus on driving the company’s continued growth in the residential and commercial sectors. Her wealth of experience includes providing strategic planning advice to developers, land promoters, and individual clients. She is skilled in preparing a wide range of planning applications, negotiating S106 contributions, conducting public consultations, and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
