Heatons offer experienced town and country planners for a vast array of development schemes including projects requiring Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and the preparation of Environmental Statements. Heatons has an in-house team of ecologists and has developed a network of technical consultants including landscape architects, archaeologists, noise and air quality consultants, hydrogeologists and more. The team can build and manage a bespoke team of consultants to successfully deliver planning permission.

Planning
Heatons have developed a vast portfolio of clients from a range of sectors that trust us to prepare planning applications on their behalf.
Environment
As well as carrying out and managing Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), preparing and submitting Environmental Statements (ES) and Non-Technical Summaries (NTS). Heatons also have an in-house ecology team that can undertake preliminary ecological assessment, protected species surveys and complete Ecological Impact Assessments for projects requiring EIA. Heatons offer in house Environmental Permit expertise that combines well with our mineral and waste planning experts. We recommend the correct Permit that is required, prepare and submit the Permit on your behalf.
Design
Heatons work with architects, master planners and landscape architects to create Design & Access Statements to accompany any development planning applications.
