Heatons are pleased to have successfully secured planning permission for an aggregate processing plant and a hydraulically bound mixtures plant, with ancillary development, and on-site biodiversity enhancements in North Northamptonshire on behalf of Covanta Energy Ltd.
The submission included an Environmental Statement covering heritage, ecology, hydrology, noise, air quality and highways chapters with input from a large technical team.
The proposals received delegated approval from North Northamptonshire Council and the 12-month build programme is looking to begin shortly following the discharge of pre-commencement conditions. Thanks to all the team involved with this project.
