Brascote House
Heatons have secured planning permission for a seven-bedroom property in the Leicestershire countryside, complete with stable block, manège, and expansive gardens. The dwelling is two and a half storeys with a footprint of 432sqm. Heatons worked with Green2k to design a large family dwelling that the Local Planning Authority agreed was of good design and will enhance the property’s countryside setting.
The dwelling will serve to replace a farmhouse that was previously present close to the site. The farmhouse was demolished in 2008 to facilitate sand and gravel extraction.
