New Workshop for Cloud Hill Quarry: Heatons secure double-approval

Heatons are pleased to have secured approval on behalf of Breedon for a new quarry workshop at Cloud Hill Quarry in Leicestershire.

This involved a two pronged approach, where we firstly negotiated with the Mineral Planning Authority to secure approval of a Non-Material Amendment which enabled the mineral operator to stockpile materials away from their desired location for the workshop. We were then able to gain approval for the workshop itself.
