Heatons have secured planning permission for over 6,500m2 of employment floorspace on land previously used as part of Cadeby Quarry in Leicestershire.
On behalf of FP McCann Ltd, Heatons collaborated with our appointed technical consultants to prepare a planning application that emphasised the benefits of the proposal, including the creation of approximately 25 new permanent jobs. The factory will contribute to addressing delays in the delivery of housebuilding across the UK, which has been affected by a lack of steady supply of roof tiles. The proposals also included over five hectares of land to be dedicated to landscaping and ecological enhancement.
