Planning permission granted for up to 230 dwellings on land to the east of Bulkington.
Heatons promoted the site through the local plan to secure a residential allocation for at least 190 dwellings. The allocation set out a number of development principles and provides for at least 196 dwellings with infrastructure contributions secured by a S106 legal agreement.
We are delighted to share that Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council planning committee granted outline planning permission recently paving the way for up to 230 dwellings on the site split across two parcels. The S106 agreement includes an affordable housing contribution and financial contributions towards education establishments, highways improvements, community facilities and more.
Heatons provided planning, landscape and ecological services for the project, which required a monumental effort from a number of consultants including Redmore Environmental Ltd, FPCR, Trent & Peak Archaeology, BSP Consulting, Land Research Associates Ltd, David Tucker Associates, Atkins, Foundation Communications and Mather Jamie
