Beth joined Heatons in July 2024, currently on her placement year while working towards her BSc in Urban Planning and Development at Cardiff University. She assists with the submission of planning applications for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, mineral, and waste developments of all scales – helping her to expand her experience of planning. She also aids with Development Plan Monitoring, which provides opportunities to prepare representations for clients to Local Planning Authorities, ranging from Mineral Safeguarding representations to promoting land for residential use.
