Evie Gee
Planning Intern
Evie joined Heatons in August 2025, currently on her placement year while working towards her Integrated Master of Planning Degree at Newcastle University. She has previous work experience within the public sector of planning, at Amber Valley Borough Council as well as being Secretary of Newcastle University Planning Society 2024/25.
At Heatons, she aids with Development Plan Monitoring, which provides opportunities to prepare representations for clients to Local Planning Authorities, ranging from Mineral Safeguarding representations to promoting land for residential use. Evie also assists with planning applications for projects – which is helping to expand her knowledge and experience in planning.
