Jenny McCrea

Jenny joined Heatons in March 2026.
Jenny completed her full-time degree in Property Development and Planning at Nottingham Trent University in 2024, and she has since begun working towards becoming a chartered surveyor on the Planning and Development pathway of the RICS APC which she hopes to sit in 2027.
At Heatons, Jenny supports on a variety of planning applications across a range of sectors including residential, commercial and leisure. Jenny also assists with development plan monitoring, ensuring that local plans across the UK are robustly tracked and representations can be made on behalf of a number of clients.
