Jess joined Heatons in November 2024 following her time in the Planning team at Cora Homes, where she primarily worked on residential applications and strategic land opportunities.
At Heatons, Jess is involved in a variety of projects across the team including preparing planning applications, EIA submissions and development plan representations for major minerals, energy, waste and residential projects. Jess has completed her Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Birmingham and is currently working towards gaining her MRTPI.
