Joe joined Heatons as a Senior Planner in February 2025, following his time with the planning consultancy team at Freeths LLP.
He worked at Freeths for two and a half years after graduating with a postgraduate degree in ‘Sustainability Planning and Environmental Policy’ from Cardiff University. In his previous role, Joe primarily worked on residential and commercial planning applications.
Recently, Joe was elected as an ‘Associate’ member of the RTPI and is working towards achieving full chartered membership.
