Joel Jessup
Joel is a Chartered Town Planner who has been with Heatons since 2014. Joel provides professional planning advice to clients across all sectors, including residential, commercial, energy, minerals, and waste. Joel has extensive experience of managing complex planning applications including those requiring Environmental Impact Assessment.
As well as working with clients on complex schemes from their inception through to implementing their permission, Joel also manages clients’ land interests through the development plan system. This can include the promotion of land for development and the safeguarding of clients’ interests from nearby proposed incompatible development.
Joel’s casework primarily involves managing major planning proposals. This includes applications for manufacturing and commercial developments, as well as quarries and waste management facilities..
