Laura is a Chartered Town Planner with over 10 years’ post qualification experience.
She works with private and public sector clients on a wide range of projects within the residential, industrial and commercial sectors. Laura is experienced in acting for clients on both immediate and strategic sites through the provision of site appraisals, development strategies, pre-application engagement, public consultation, planning applications, appeals and site promotions.
Laura also has extensive experience in providing planning advice in relation to land which has been compulsory purchased, including the preparation of Certificates of Appropriate Alternative Development (CAADs) under section 17 of the Land Compensation Act (1961).
