Louise is a Chartered Town Planner with 25 years’ experience working within both the public and private sector across the East Midlands and the UK. Louise has worked on a wide range of projects within the residential, commercial, infrastructure, education, leisure and healthcare sectors.

Key areas of expertise include site appraisals, development strategies, Local Plan site promotion, pre-applications, all types of planning applications, planning appeals, EIA development, Section 106 negotiations, public consultation, Green Belt land release, development brief production and LP evidence studies.

At Heatons, Louise leads on a range of development projects with a particular focus on residential and commercial schemes.
